"What a waste of time calling and talking to Keeley. She must have a hearing problem for I had to repeat things three times. I gave her all my information on my SSN DOB address etc. and again had to repeat it several times. After 15 minutes of this stuff. requesting a quote for my home and vehicles she at the end said "oh by the way" State Farm does not write policies for homes on my street. Why couldn't she say that at the beginning before I gave out all my personal information. Remind me to never call this agency again."
