They also like to cancel policies but never tell you that they are canceling them because they don't communicate but as soon as you're late with a payment, I know they are on you instantly."

"It is shameful and degrading how this powerful, multi-billion-dollar company—instead of helping Americans and its customers *in general*—seeks to profit from any situation, whether good or bad. With every renewal—or every six months—your policy premium will increase, even though your vehicle is worth less and depreciates every year. If your vehicle is declared a total loss and its appraised value was $10,000, the following year its value will be $5,000; yet, State Farm will charge you *more* for your policy. Furthermore, if you go to the grocery store—or anywhere else—and someone hits your vehicle, State Farm will deem it *your* fault and charge you a higher premium, even if you weren't inside the vehicle at the time. They show no consideration for you as a customer or as a human being; they offer you absolutely no benefits—even if you have a clean record with no prior violations or accidents—yet they certainly penalize you if you *do* have them. This is an outrage."
